Improve CW Logging Reliability

  1. Improve cloudwatch logging reliability by restarting thread in the event of errors
  2. Refactor several code paths to be cleaner and fix minor behavioral bugs
  3. Add support for the use/selection of custom binary stacks via a hash-file
