Blocked and banned contacts

• Add isBlocked and isBanned properties to Contact.
• Filter contacts by blocked and banned status.
• Filter direct chats by contact's blocked/banned status.
• Filter messages by sender's blocked/banned status.
• Filter group chats by blocked/banned leaders.
• Filter group chats by excluding messages from blocked/banned contacts.
• Filter groups by blocked/banned leaders
