finished building and documenting the sent status system and fixing extant tests, sent status itself still needs tests

Do not print private keys to logs. It has no debugging value and it compromises security when users share their logs. We need the public keys anwyay to compare across logs.

Add debugging and comments for rekey. Add special output for received messages which should not be printable on the command line
